2024 WORLD VERSATILITY CHAMPIONSHIP GENERAL INFORMATION

CLASSES: The Management reserves the right to limit entries; alter patterns; prohibit or disqualify exhibitors; change, limit or combine classes at its discretion to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries due to acts of nature, without claim for damages. All classes are for amateur and limited amateur riders unless they are designated as “Open.” Dressage classes are “Open.”

In timed events and/or individually worked classes, the only time a horse can be entered with two different exhibitors is if the class is an open class and one of the riders is an adult and the other is a youth exhibitor, and this is allowed only if there is no other class for the adult/elite or youth exhibitor.

COGGINS TESTS & HEALTH CERTIFICATES: A current negative coggins test certificate dated within one year must be provided for each entry. Health Certificates are required for horses traveling from out of state.

CONCESSIONS: Complimentary bottled water will be available during the show and we’ll make every effort to have food trucks onsite for lunch.

DRESSAGE: TWHBEA rules dictate that a horse and rider team may only compete in tests in two consecutive levels. There is no limit to the number of tests within those levels however. To be eligible for Intro Level, a horse/rider combination must not have shown in Level 1 or above in that division (traditional/western) in the same competition year.

ENTRY DEADLINE & FEES: All entries and changes must be made by Noon on Thursday, July 25, 2024.

Entries received by July 10, 2024 will receive a $10 discount on the office fee for each horse/rider combination and will be listed on the back of the official 2024 WVC t-shirt.

Beginning June 1, 2024 you can make entries online using HorseShowsOnline.com.

Each horse/rider combination is considered an entry and will be assigned a unique back number.

All entries must be registered with TWHBEA and entered using their officially recorded name and owner.

All exhibitors and owners must be current members of TWHBEA.

FEES:

  • Entry Fee (per class): $30
