Motion to change Corporate rule 4.01

Motion was made to change the Annual Reporting Period of the breeding year beginning and end dates from October 1st through September 30th to September 1st through August 31st. The stallion report filing deadline for a breeding season will also be changed to October 1st from its current deadline of October 15th . The new filing date for the stallion reports is approximately 30 days from the end of the breeding year that said stallion report reflects. This change is to be reflected in the corporate rule 4.01 and changed on any corresponding forms that deal with the registration application and Stallion Breeding Reports. This will allow foals born on or after September 1st through August 31st of the following year to be considered the complete foal crop for that particular breeding season. This is a change from the current foaling year of October 1st through September 30th .

This change will go into effect 9/1/2016 and will be reflected on the stallion reports filed 10/1/2017 and in the foaling dates for foals born 9/1/2017 and after.
