Lewisburg, TN – The amnesty program that eliminated the late penalties associated with registrations and transfers of Tennessee Walking Horses is set to end on March 1, 2008. Those wishing to take advantage of this program must have the appropriate paperwork postmarked no later than March 1, 2008. After March 1, 2008, the normal penalty structure associated with registrations and transfers will be reinstated. As always, all owners are encouraged to keep their horses’ papers updated.
