FEE REDUCTIONS Effective immediately, the duplicate certificate fee will be reduced to $75 for members and $135 for non-members. This rate will apply to all duplicate requests postmarked 1/21/08 and after. The notarized affidavit is still required.
Starting February 1, 2008, the fee for gelding transfers will be $20 for members and $80 for non-members. (The fee is determined by the membership status of the person making the transfer.) Signed registration certificates and completed transfer/bill of sale forms are still required. In conjunction with this, the GELDING INCENTIVE PROGRAM for registrations will be continued indefinitely. Lifetime Membership
