November 1 Deadline for prospective Executive Committee members to return their Prospective Officer Questionnaire to the Nominating Committee for consideration.
November 1 Deadline for GO! Gelding Opportunities Program logs to be turned in.
November 1 Deadline for Versatility Books to be turned in.
November 15 Deadline for Nominating Committee to present proposed slate of officers for the next year to the current Executive Committee.

December 31 Deadline to take advantage of TWHBEA’s negotiated lower rate for converting already registered horses to DNA (2012 only).
