Trademark Ownership Statement

The trademarks and service-marks IPEDS, TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE BREEDERS' AND EXHIBITORS' ASSOCIATION, TWHBEA, TWHBEA and Design, TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE YOUTH ASSOCIATION, TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE YOUTH ASSOCIATION and Design, TWHYA, VOICE, VOICE OF THE TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE and VOICE OF THE TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE and Design, and the trade dress of <www.twhbea.com> (“the TWHBEA Marks”) are exclusive property of Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association (“TWHBEA”).  Commercial use of the TWHBEA Marks, or of any word, term, name or symbol that dilutes the TWHBEA Marks, or of any word, term, name or symbol that is likely to cause confusion or mistake with respect to the user’s connection or association with TWHBEA or TWHBEA’s approval or sponsorship of the user’s products or services, is strictly prohibited by law.
