10am – TWHBEA Executive Committee Meeting (Stephen B. Smith Executive Boardroom)

Noon-5pm – Committee Meetings (as needed)

Friday, December 1

8am – WHTA Board Meeting (Stephen B. Smith Executive Boardroom) Closed meeting.

9am – WHTA General Membership Meeting & Election (TWHBEA Auditorium) Closed meeting for WHTA members only.

10:30am – TWHBEA & WHTA Joint Meeting (TWHBEA Auditorium) An industry update will be provided.

11am – TWHBEA General Membership Meeting (TWHBEA Auditorium) This luncheon is free for all members of TWHBEA. During the meeting we’ll recognize our 25 and 50 year members, hear from a guest speaker, and receive updates from our VPs. Although the event is free, registration is required by November 27.

5:30pm – Cocktail Reception (TWHBEA Main Lobby / WGC Gallery)

6:30pm – TWHBEA Awards Banquet (TWHBEA Auditorium) Registration required by November 27.

Saturday, December 2

8:30-10am – Breakfast (TWHBEA Auditorium)

9am – TWHBEA New Board Member Orientation (Stephen B. Smith Executive Boardroom) All new board members should attend. Those who can’t attend in person will be able to watch the orientation on Zoom.

10am – TWHBEA International Board of Directors Meeting (TWHBEA Auditorium) All members are invited to attend this meeting either in-person or on Zoom. Board members are requested to register in advance and indicate if they will attend in-person or on Zoom.

TBD – TWHBEA Executive Committee Meeting (Stephen B. Smith Executive Boardroom) The newly elected Executive Committee will have a brief meeting following the International Board of Directors Meeting.
