Diane McMurtrey – Vice President, Pleasure

Diane McMurtrey is a lifelong Floridian. Her love of the Tennessee Walking Horse began at an early age while driving by Mr. Frank Roper’s training barn and seeing horses work when she was a child. By the time she was 10 her family purchased their first broodmare and it has been Walking Horses ever since. Her son Matthew, took his first ride on Diane’s show mare, Senator’s Miss Copy, when he was only 5 weeks old. Matthew finished is youth career with Youth Superior awards on Diane’s 2 geldings and a 2006 Celebration Medallion class victory on You’re  In Command.  Diane is currently active in the pleasure and versatility divisions with Pay At The Pump and Cash’s Exclamation along with frequent trail riding.
