Youth Ambassadors
The purpose of the Ambassador Program is to recognize youth that are active with their Tennessee Walking Horses. To earn an award, you must meet the eligibility requirements and successfully accomplish the required number of activities in each division.
- Must be a TWHYASM member prior to first activity.
- All activities must be completed during the current year.
- Ownership of the horse is not required, but all horses must be
registered.
The following TWHYASM members have been named 2008 Youth Ambassadors:

Travis Wieberg
Travis Wieberg enjoys showing his horses and being able to promote the Tennessee Walking Horse breed. Travis has been training some of his own horses and through that, he has learned to be able to balance his time between the barn and school. Congratulations Travis, keep up the good work!

Courtney Roberts
Courtney Roberts enjoys participating in Showmanship and English Equitation in 4-H shows. For her 4-H project she gave a speech on Tennessee Walking Horses, she explained what a walking horse was, how they are different from other breeds, and told why she enjoyed riding them. In completion of her successful year of showing, Courtney received a buckle and two large rosettes for earning reserve champion in horse performance. Way to go Courtney!

Kaycee Erzfeld
Kaycee Erzfeld loves demonstrating her Tennessee Walking Horse in her community. She enjoys participating in parades, clinics, trail rides, and handicapped riding programs to teach others about the great breed. Kaycee also enjoys competing in shows where she enters the showmanship, equitation, and trail classes, and she has done very well. Kaycee was also very excited to be the ribbon girl at the TWHBEA Midwest Regional Futurity and to be involved and helping out in the center ring. Outstanding job Kaycee!
