On Saturday evening, March 28, the hosting company in Louisville, KY that administers and services our IBM Power 8 service system, and iPEDS, was struck by lightning effectively destroying much of their equipment. That equipment replacement effort began Sunday morning, March 29, and continues.
For the time being there is no service on either our end to process work or on the public end to view and use iPEDS. However, we’re still available via email and phones to speak with you, answer questions, receive payments, and most importantly note what it is you need so that as soon as the system is returned to full operational capacity we can serve you the way in which you’re accustomed.
